Mr. Ethan Xie has extensive experience in finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, specializing in private equity funds, securities issuance, and mergers and acquisitions.

In the field of private equity funds, Mr. Xie serves as a legal advisor for multiple fund management companies and funds, including Jiangsu Provincial Government Investment Fund, Jiangsu Strategic Emerging Industry FOF, Suzhou Debt and Fund Management Center, Xuzhou Old Industrial Base Fund, Huai'an Financial Development Group, Taizhou Financial Holding Group, Huanghai Financial Holding Group, GTJA Investment Group, Horgos Financial Holding Group, Suining Industrial Investment Group, among others. He has handled the establishment of several fund management companies, applications for private fund manager registration, and major change matters, and has provided legal services for fund management companies in issuing fund products such as limited partnership funds and contractual funds.
