FENG, Chengliang

Mr. FENG, Chengliang obtained his JM from Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and has worked in Foreign-related law department of ZTE and Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shenzhen Office) successively. For more than a decade, Mr. Feng has been absorbed in the legal aspects of dispute resolution &litigation and capital markets. His main professional field are dispute resolution &litigation, IPOs, corporate governance of listed company, major asset restructuring and refinancing, domestic and foreign M&A, etc., and he enjoyed rich experience in legal practice.

• Mr. Feng has several professional experience in the field of dispute resolution & litigation. The following are typical successful cases he has hosted:
• In January 2022, Mr. Feng represented the defendant(counterclaim plaintiff) in a litigation case of a dispute over financial lease contract under the jurisdiction of the Xi'an Intermediate People's Court;
